All about Oncare Chronic

Suitable for animals in the chronic phase of stable oncological disease or in oncological remission, it supports the body over time with an ingredient profile designed for continuous immune regulation and metabolic stability in the stabilized chronic phase.

✓ Sustained immune regulation in cats with FeLV and FIV
✓ Modulation of low-grade inflammation in the chronic phase
✓ Long-term metabolic stability

  • Animals in oncological remission or in post-treatment phase
  • FIV, FeLV positive cats with prolonged immune compromise
  • Animals with parasitic disease (leishmaniasis) associated with chronic immune disorder
  • Animals with chronic bronchitis or asthma

Pillar 1: Continuous Immune Regulation
Agaricus blazei and Echinacea purpurea work together to support the immune response without overstimulating it. In FeLV+ and FIV positive cats, where the immune system is chronically compromised, this balanced modulation is what separates disease management from silent worsening.

Pillar 2: Long-term Metabolic Stability
The Curcuminoid Complex and Coenzyme Q10 contribute to cellular metabolic stability, supporting mitochondrial function and organ resilience. In animals in the chronic or post-treatment phase, this stability is what allows for the maintenance of quality of life over time.

Pillar 3: Low-grade Inflammation Modulation
Chronic low-grade inflammation is one of the most destructive silent mechanisms in cats with feline leukemia or FIV. Oncare Chronic acts directly on this process, with the Curcuminoid Complex modulating the inflammatory cascade in a sustained manner, without the risks associated with prolonged pharmacological suppression.

  • Greater stability in routine analytical parameters, including leukocytes and acute phase proteins
  • Lower frequency of opportunistic infectious episodes
  • Maintenance of weight and body condition over time
  • Shinier coat and less shedding, reflecting metabolic balance
  • More active animal with better overall disposition day-to-day
  • Lower frequency and intensity of respiratory episodes in animals with chronic bronchitis or asthma

Comparison of our tumour support supplements in cats and dogs

  • Oncare Acute: formulated for the active and acute phase of oncological disease. Intensive modulation with a clear indication in contexts of high systemic inflammation or active tumour growth, including support during chemotherapy.
  • Oncare Chronic: formulated for the chronic and stabilised phase. Indicated in animals with FeLV, FIV, or in oncological remission, where the goal is the long-term maintenance of immune and metabolic stability.

For a FeLV or FIV positive cat or one in oncological remission, stability is not the absence of disease. It is the ability to live well despite it.

Standard dosage:

  • Up to 5 kg: ½ tablet per day
  • Between 5 and 10 kg: 1 tablet per day
  • Between 10 and 25 kg: 2 tablets per day
  • Between 25 and 50 kg: 2 tablets per day
  • Over 50 kg: 3 tablets per day

Frequency:Administer once daily, preferably with food.

Minimum recommended duration:Formulated for continuous use. Consistent administration is crucial for results: the benefits of immune modulation and metabolic stability accumulate over time.

Storage:Store in a dry place, in the original packaging, at a temperature below 25ºC. Protect from direct sunlight and heat.

Warning:

  • If in doubt about the appropriate dose for the animal, consult your veterinarian.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Does not replace veterinary care when indicated.

- Wheat germ extract (300 mg): a source of octacosanol and bioactive compounds with adaptogenic action, contributes to metabolic resilience and supports cellular function in contexts of chronic stress.

- Agaricus blazei (300 mg): a medicinal mushroom with a high concentration of beta-glucans, it supports the balanced modulation of the immune response. Particularly relevant in cats with chronic immune compromise such as those with FeLV or FIV.

- Curcuminoid complex (4 mg): the active fraction of turmeric, with documented anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It acts to modulate low-grade inflammation without immune suppression.

- Echinacea purpurea (100 mg): a plant with immunomodulatory action, it supports the activity of immune system cells and contributes to resistance to opportunistic infections in animals with associated viral disease.

- Coenzyme Q10 (100 mg): an essential cofactor in cellular energy production (ATP), with a mitochondrial protective role. Particularly important in animals with chronic disease, where cellular energy efficiency tends to progressively decrease.

How does Oncare Chronic work

Dr. Someia explains how this product works and how it affects your pet. If you are unsure whether this is the ideal supplement, you can ask SofIA and receive a complete strategy tailored to your pet's symptoms.

Symptom

Chronic oncological disease in dogs and cats, FeLV and FIV in cats: the challenge of the chronic phase

In the Toula strategy, Oncare Chronic can be started after the administration of Oncare Acute when the animal surpasses the acute/inflammatory phase of the oncological disease, and its purpose is to maintain essential immune support for stabilization.

The chronic stabilizing effect is useful not only in cancer patients but also in animals with chronic viral diseases (FIV, FeLV, Coronavirus, Calicivirus), parasitic diseases (Leishmaniasis), and respiratory diseases (bronchitis).

Frequently Asked Questions about Oncare Chronic

Yes. Oncare Chronic is formulated with natural ingredients with a documented safety profile and can be integrated into protocols that include conventional veterinary medication.

Oncare Chronic is not a product with immediate effects, although it may produce results in some animals after only one week of administration: it is a long-term support supplement. The first signs of improvement, such as increased general well-being, weight maintenance, and fewer infectious episodes, typically appear between 4 and 8 weeks of continuous administration. Immune modulation and metabolic stability accumulate over time. For cats with FeLV, FIV, other viral diseases, or bronchitis, and dogs with leishmaniasis, the consistency of supplementation is more important than the speed of results.

Yes. Oncare Chronic has been specifically formulated for continuous use in animals with stabilised chronic diseases, such as FeLV and FIV-positive cats. Its ingredients, including Agaricus blazei, Echinacea purpurea, and the Curcuminoid Complex, have studied safety profiles for prolonged administration. It does not cause immune suppression or dependence.

Oncare Chronic is indicated for both FeLV-positive and FIV-positive cats, as well as for animals in oncological remission or in post-treatment stages. The common thread in all these situations is the same: a chronically compromised immune system that requires continuous support, not excessive stimulation. The mechanisms of action of Oncare Chronic, such as immune regulation, inflammation modulation, and metabolic stability, are relevant for any of these conditions.
